Koyo is a Principal in the Tokyo office and a core member of the Strategy & Organization practice.

Koyo focuses on supporting a wide range of clients in the manufacturing, energy, electronics, telecommunications, food, consumer goods, distribution, primary industry, trading, and fund sectors in their “transformation” through a full range of services, from business strategy development to M&A/PMI and organizational and institutional reform.
In recent years, he has also been involved in a number of cross-industry projects, such as sustainability, digital shift, human capital management, and discontinuous consolidation in anticipation of industry restructuring.

Prior to joining ADL, he worked at a global consulting firm, where he gained experience in business strategy and new business planning, M&A review and execution, and structural reform support projects in a variety of industries.
