Arthur D. Little appoints Francesco Marsella as Global Leader for Strategy & Organization Practice
Arthur D. Little (ADL), today announced the appointment of Francesco Marsella to lead its global Strategy & Organization (S&O) Practice.
Based in the Rome office, Francesco is a Partner at ADL and has been with the firm for over 13 years. With a focus on growth strategy and business transformation, he has been a valued and active member of the Global S&O Practice, and has contributed to the development and growth of the firm through the acquisition of new accounts, as well as securing repeat business locally and abroad.
Francesco takes over from Aurélia Bettati, a Partner in ADL’s France office, who is taking a break after 18 years at the firm. Working closely with the senior team, Francesco will be responsible for leading the Global S&O Practice towards breakthrough growth.

Before joining ADL in 2007, Francesco worked at Atlantia Group as a project manager. He holds a Master of Business Administration at SDA Bocconi in Milan, visiting student at ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a Master’s Degree in Engineering at Rome University “La Sapienza.”
